Spread some choco horlicks on the butter before baking. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step4: Bake at 175 for 30 - 40 mins or until chocolate brown in colour. remove and cool.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;(HORLICKS CAKE)&lt;br /&gt; . Instead of choco Horlicks. we can use regulour horlicks.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; . Mix flour, Baking powder, sugar powder, salt, milk powder, venilla custard powder, Baking soda, chilli powder, garam masala and ajwain together. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step2: Cut spice mango into small pieces, and add to the flour mixture. then cut the fat &amp; butter into small pieces. then start rubbing with flour mixture.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step3: Add curs, knead gently and form dough. sheet the dough and cut with desired cutter and place them on the baking tray. bake at 170C for 20mins (or) until deges become light brown.&lt;/p&gt; Egg White                   8 nos&lt;br /&gt; Water                        20ml&lt;br /&gt; White chocolate (melted)     150gms&lt;br /&gt; Onion seeds                 1 1/2tsp&lt;br /&gt; Vanilla essence             5ml&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Step1:Cream fat till light and fleely.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step2: Add in powdered sugar little &amp; little.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step3: Whip the egg whites with salt &amp; vanilla essence separtately &amp; finally add this to the mixture #2.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step4: Seive flour, baking powder &amp; baking soda twice.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step5: Fold it in the egg white batter.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Ingredients                  Quantity&lt;br /&gt; Flour                          500gms&lt;br /&gt; Yeast                           10gms&lt;br /&gt; Water                          250ml&lt;br /&gt; Salt                        10gm - 15gm (or as per taste)&lt;br /&gt; Sugar                           5gms&lt;br /&gt; Milk Powder                    24gms&lt;br /&gt; Fat                            140gms&lt;br /&gt; Dried oregano                   2tsp&lt;br /&gt; Watermelon seeds                2tsp&lt;br /&gt; Baking soda                   1/2tsp&lt;br /&gt; Black pepper powder            1tsp&lt;br /&gt; Pasta &amp; pizza paste            200gms&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Step1:Preheat oven at 160C.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step2: Rub fat and flour till it becomes like bread crumbles.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step3: Make a ferment by dissolving the yeast in 150ml water and add sugar. let it ferment for 15 min.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step4: Make a salt solution by dissolving salt in the remaing water.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step5: Now in the flour &amp; butter mixture, add in the baking soda, milk powder, black pepper powder &amp; oregano and mix well.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step6: add the yeast ferment to the above mixture little by little. then add the salt solution.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step7: Knead for about 10 mins till the dough is soft &amp; sheetable.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step8: Rest the dough for 15 mins.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step9: Now, sheet the dough and make a 3- fold.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step10: Repeat it 3 times.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step11: When you sheet it for the final time. make it very thin (less then 1 cm).&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step12: Cut equal Squares.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step13: Fork the base in order for the base not to rise too much.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step14: Apply the pizza paste &amp; sprinkle some watermelon seeds on top.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step15: Bake at 160C for 15 - 20 mins.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step16: Remove from the oven and let it cool.&lt;br /&gt; unsalted butter              250gms&lt;br /&gt; Eggs                         3nos&lt;br /&gt; Vanilla essence              10ml&lt;br /&gt; white chocolate              50gms&lt;br /&gt; Hazelnut cocoa spread        150gms&lt;br /&gt; Roasted Hazelnuts           75gms       &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Step1:Melt white chocolate and butter in a microware.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step2: Beat together the eggs, Sugar, Slat &amp; vanilla essence till light.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step3: Add the sugar powder slowly to the egg minture. whisk till sugar powder melts.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step4: Add the egg mixture slowly in to the chocolate - butter bowl.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step5: Add the roasted hazelnuts to the flour &amp; add the flour to above minture.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step6: Divide the above egg - butter chocolate mixture into two halfs.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step7: Add 75gms of Hazelnut cocoanut spread to one half.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step8: Pour the plain butter &amp; hazelnut butter into greased tin.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step9: Bake at 175 - 180C for 30 min.&lt;br /&gt; Vanaspathi (Chilled)           70gms&lt;br /&gt; Butter (Chilled) (unsalted)    80gms&lt;br /&gt; Sugar Powder / Jaggery         10gms&lt;br /&gt; Milk powder                    20gms&lt;br /&gt; Baking Soda                   1/4tsp&lt;br /&gt; Vanilla Custard Powdr           20gms&lt;br /&gt; Salt                         1 1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt; Curd                            35ml&lt;br /&gt; Water                           30ml&lt;br /&gt; Fresh methi leaves              20gm&lt;br /&gt; methi                            2gm&lt;br /&gt; Green chillies (optional)        2no&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Step1:Sieve all the dry ingredients together except wheat Bran.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step2: Cut all the fat into small pieces and rub into the flour.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step3: Add wheat Bran also.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step4: Rub the fat with both hands, so that the butter mines well with the flour.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step5: Soak methileaves in hot water for sometime. chop into fine leaves.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step6: Roast methi &amp; grind into fine powder. add chopped green chillies.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step7: Min the above with the flour.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step8: Finally add curd and water &amp; fold it.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step9: with the cookie cutters, make desired shapes.&lt;br /&gt; Milk powder    :      5gms&lt;br /&gt; Shortening     :     20 gms&lt;br /&gt; Margarine      :    175 gms&lt;br /&gt; garlic         : 2 cloves crushed&lt;br /&gt; Tomato twist   :      5 tbsp&lt;br /&gt; Cheese         :    40 gms Grated&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Step1:Prepare the dough. zaminate the dough like puff pastry by arranging the fat and fold in sas an envelop fold.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step 2: Reverse the dough like and sheet in to a rectangle till 1/4 inch thickness rest the dough in the fridge for 15 - 20 min.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Step 3 : Remove the sheeted dough Achari powder-2.5 gm.&lt;br&gt;FILLING:-&lt;br&gt;Onion-1 sliced.&lt;br&gt;Tomato-1 finely chopped.&lt;br&gt;Capsicum-1 thinly sliced.&lt;br&gt;Ginger and garlic finely chopped-1 tsp.&lt;br&gt;Ketchup-1 tbsp.&lt;br&gt;Paneer-1 cup cubed.&lt;br&gt;Paneer Achari powder-1 1/2 tbsp.&lt;br&gt;Cheese-1.2 cup grated.&lt;br&gt;Salt to taste.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1.Sift atta,maida toegether.&lt;br&gt;2.Add sugar,yeast and half of milk into the maida mixture.&lt;br&gt;3.Start kneading.After 1 min add salt and rest of the milk.&lt;br&gt;4.Knead till it is soft and smooth.&lt;br&gt;5.Add melted butter and knead for a min.&lt;br&gt;6.Add chopped garlic and paneer achari powder and knead for a min or so.&lt;br&gt;7.Form the dough it a round shape and cover and keep it for 10 min.&lt;br&gt;8.Give a knock back after 10 min.Allow it to rest for another 5 min.&lt;br&gt;FILLING:-&lt;br&gt;1.In a pan,heat 1 tbsp oil.add the ginger and garlic and saute for 30 seconds.&lt;br&gt;2.Add the onions,capsicum and saute for a minute.&lt;br&gt;3.Then add tomato and cook for a minute.&lt;br&gt;4.Add salt,ketcup,paneer and paneer achari powder and saute for 2 minute till everything is incorporated.&lt;br&gt;5.Remove from the gas burner.&lt;br&gt;FINAL PROCEDURE:-&lt;br&gt;1.Roll out the dough into a flat disc shape.&lt;br&gt;2.Add half of the filling on one side of the disc.&lt;br&gt;3.Add grated cheese.&lt;br&gt;4.Cover it with the other half.Press the sides with a fork and make small slits on the top.&lt;br&gt;5.Proof it for 1 hour.&lt;br&gt;6.Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees.&lt;br&gt;7.Bake it for 20 min these brush it with melted butter and serve.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fillings can be different.Can use mushroom baby corn filling,aloo
